This role focuses on managing the Full & Final (F&F) settlement process for exiting employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements. The Specialist will also be responsible for processing gratuity and maintaining recovery trackers, collaborating with various internal teams to facilitate a smooth exit for employees.

Key responsibilities include coordinating input from diverse departments like Payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and Finance to finalize settlements. The position requires preparing F&F worksheets and issuing necessary documents such as Relieving and Experience Letters to departing staff.

Process Full & Final settlements accurately and within defined SLAs, ensuring timely gratuity processing for eligible employees.

Coordinate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and Finance for necessary inputs and clearances. Prepare F&F worksheets, issue Relieving and Experience Letters, and manage F&F queries from exiting employees.

Maintain F&F and recovery trackers, reconcile with Finance, and collate employment documents for legal proceedings. Generate F&F reports and dashboards for management and assist HR Business Partners with employee queries.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance/HR) is required, with 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, specifically in Payroll and F&F settlements.

Proficiency in processing F&F with accuracy, managing gratuity, and maintaining recovery trackers is essential. Knowledge of payroll compliance and strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams are necessary. The ability to generate reports and dashboards is also important for this role.
