As a Specialist in Employee Experience, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and their teams. You will influence people-related decisions and offer proactive, balanced guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving value addition and measurable outcomes. Leverage people analytics from satisfaction surveys, attrition trends, and performance metrics to diagnose root causes and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Act as an Employee Experience Builder by designing and implementing high-impact engagement initiatives, including Fun Fridays, team-building, wellness programs, and culture-building activities to enhance morale, productivity, and retention. Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to ensure timely and fair recognition aligned with performance and business outcomes.
Conduct regular Employee Connects, actively listen to employee feedback, assess sentiment using RAG tagging, and translate insights into actionable people interventions. Partner with leaders to address engagement gaps, people risks, and organizational health indicators in a timely, data-driven, and solution-oriented manner.
This role requires strong strategic thinking capabilities, enabling you to translate business priorities into clear HR strategies and practical, scalable people solutions with tangible impact. You must possess strong data acumen, with the ability to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and present concise, data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
Mandatory competencies include a proactive approach to HR business partnering, a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, and the ability to foster a positive employee experience. While specific educational degrees are not listed, a strong foundation in HR principles and practices is essential.
