Join our dynamic Cloud & Infrastructure Management team as a Specialist in Cloud & Infra Operations. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing excellent support to our US-based clientele. You will leverage your technical expertise and ITIL framework knowledge to manage various aspects of our cloud and on-premise environments.

Key responsibilities include providing L1 & L2 server support for Windows services, managing L2 IT Service Desk operations, and monitoring queues. You will also be involved in code promotion and migration for DLL & Class files. Additionally, you'll handle incident creation and management using ITIL-based ticketing tools and perform Active Directory administration. Experience with Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, or hands-on experience with CA WLA or BMC Control-M, is essential.

Your role will also involve supporting cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS) and contributing to overall system stability and performance. Excellent verbal communication skills in English are vital for effective customer interaction.

Ideal candidates will possess strong technical experience in server support (Windows service operations), ITIL framework knowledge, and desktop support experience. Familiarity with basic Java scripting is required. Essential skills include experience handling US customers over the phone and proficiency with ITIL-based ticketing tools. Hands-on experience with Autosys, CA WLA, or BMC Control-M is a significant advantage.
