Seeking a dynamic Specialist in Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting critical cloud and infrastructure services.

Ideal candidates will possess strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities include providing L1 & L2 server support, managing service desk operations, and handling code promotion and migration activities.

You will also be responsible for Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, alongside incident creation and management using ITIL-based ticketing tools. Active Directory management and cloud infrastructure awareness are also crucial aspects of this role.

A strong foundation in ITIL framework and desktop support is essential. Experience with US customer interactions via phone is required.

Proficiency in L1 & L2 server support (Windows), service desk support, and queue monitoring is necessary. Familiarity with code promotion and migration is also expected.

Hands-on experience with Autosys, CA WLA, or BMC Control-M is highly desirable. Basic Java scripting knowledge and an understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (IAAS) are also important.
