We are seeking a motivated Business Finance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on financial analysis and strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability. If you have a strong financial acumen and a knack for problem-solving, this opportunity might be perfect for you.

This is an onsite position located in Pune, India, at our Hinjawadi office.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth revenue and profitability analysis, developing actionable improvement plans, and meticulously monitoring cash flow.

You will also be instrumental in budgeting, driving the annual operating plan, assessing pricing strategies, evaluating business risks, and constructing robust business models.

Ideal candidates will possess a CA or MBA in Finance, coupled with 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is considered a significant advantage. The role also involves performance monitoring and contributing to team development.
