Drive strategic organizational initiatives by analyzing complex problems and implementing effective improvements. This role focuses on enhancing profitability through a deep understanding of various project costing models and identifying areas for optimization.

Key responsibilities include fostering a robust business excellence delivery model across business units by championing the organizational Quality Management System. You will also support delivery teams in driving Business Excellence initiatives, including process improvements and automation, while meticulously tracking quality at project, account, and business unit levels.

Support delivery teams in executing Business Excellence initiatives, focusing on process improvements and automation. Track project quality, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans. Publish comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to client requirements, detailing project progress and improvement initiatives.

Provide critical input for RFPs, including the organization's quality philosophy, processes, and expertise. Ensure strict compliance with signed Statements of Work (SOWs), including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key metrics, to prevent penalties. Monitor and drive improvements in the utilization of project/program management, productivity enhancement, and estimation tools to bolster delivery success.

Identify and propose predictive metrics based on organizational capability baselining to effectively track project quality and SLA slippage. Proactively identify potential issues, track associated actions, and ensure their closure.

Communicate organizational initiatives effectively across departments and actively participate in change implementation. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
