Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, is seeking an experienced ASPICE Consultant. This role is instrumental in guiding organizations through the development and refinement of ASPICE processes. Leveraging a consultative approach, you will enhance business efficiency and productivity, contributing to our legacy of building sustainable communities as part of the C.K. Birla Group.

Key responsibilities include developing ASPICE roadmaps up to level 3 and defining/refining process areas such as SWE, SYS, SUP, and MAN. You will also perform quality assurance for unit testing projects, conduct code reviews for C/C++ AUTOSAR modules, and train junior team members on ASPICE processes. Daily updates to project trackers and leading status calls are also integral to this role.

The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in ASPICE consulting and is familiar with AUTOSAR BSW Models and C/C++ code reviews. Experience in guiding organizations through ASPICE process areas and performing quality assurance is essential. A strong understanding of ISO 26262 Functional Safety, including safety plans and cases, is required. Experience in implementing functional safety processes and the complete functional safety lifecycle for systems like EPAS is highly valued. Immediate joiners within 15 days are encouraged to apply.
