Lead the development and execution of category strategies for Talent procurement, with a primary focus on client-chargeable needs in Africa and supporting sourcing activities in Europe Central.

Build, govern, and maintain a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for critical Talent procurement areas, ensuring access to suitable and commercially competitive vendors.

Act as a trusted procurement advisor to Talent leaders and stakeholders, driving end-to-end sourcing projects, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.

Increase procurement visibility, manage category spend, and foster strong supplier relationships through performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Independently identify and prioritize opportunities, balancing regional business needs with global procurement objectives for measurable outcomes.

A minimum of 7 years of progressive procurement experience is essential, with a proven track record in developing and executing category strategies and leading sourcing initiatives.

Demonstrated ability in commercial negotiation and managing supplier relationships is required, alongside experience analyzing spend data to identify procurement opportunities.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to operate autonomously with a results-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory, along with robust reporting, engagement, and communication capabilities.
