Lead the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream in a significant transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in migrating Strategic Sourcing to Oracle, replacing the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) system from Coupa to Aravo, and implementing a new Zip orchestration layer. The goal is to create a unified and streamlined sourcing, procurement, and payment experience for all business users.

This is an experienced, hands-on project management position requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing complex initiatives within a global financial services environment.

Own the comprehensive S2P project plan, including milestones, RAID logs, and deliverables across Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and the Zip orchestration layer.

Collaborate with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and TPRM teams to shape future-state processes and system configurations.

Oversee configuration, testing, and validation for PeopleSoft Sourcing, Aravo TPRM, and Zip, ensuring seamless integration and an enhanced end-to-end user journey.

Drive vendor master data cleanup, mapping, and migration in partnership with the Data workstream.

Proactively identify and resolve interdependencies, gaps, and risks across platforms to safeguard project timelines.

Lead S2P status meetings, working sessions, workshops, and steering committee updates, preparing executive-ready reports and presentations.

Manage and escalate risks and issues according to program governance standards, and coordinate UAT planning and execution with business process owners.

Support organizational change management, stakeholder communications, and training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and the Zip orchestration experience.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, coupled with 6–10 years of project management experience. A minimum of 3 years must involve leading procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, or TPRM transformation projects.

Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms is essential: PeopleSoft (Sourcing/Procurement), Coupa, Aravo, or Zip. A strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes within a large international financial services organization is expected.

Demonstrated success in managing multi-system, multi-stakeholder workstreams with complex interdependencies is critical. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint is required.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present effectively to senior executives, strong stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to work proactively and independently across global time zones. Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills are also highly valued.
