Lead comprehensive AI/HPC data center planning and deployment from initial concept through commissioning. Collaborate with product teams to translate NVIDIA's data center infrastructure guidance into scalable customer designs, covering power, cooling, and network architecture. Review and assess client design packages, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, while recommending improvements for performance and cost. Develop and execute pre-deployment audit plans to identify and mitigate risks in data center infrastructure components. Oversee construction and integration activities, resolving issues to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Establish and drive quality assurance and commissioning processes for critical power and cooling systems. Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers and partners on data center infrastructure topics. Foster a robust ecosystem of design firms, contractors, and service providers to facilitate rapid global deployments. Mentor Infra SA team members and partner engineering teams on MEP design and deployment best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and automation in data centers.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree, equivalent experience, or relevant certifications are preferred. We are looking for at least 8 years of experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, with a strong focus on MEP design and deployment for high-density AI/HPC or mission-critical environments. Demonstrated experience in data center engineering, operations, or infrastructure management, including large-scale deployments and cross-functional coordination. Possess deep technical knowledge of data center systems, encompassing power distribution, liquid and air cooling solutions, rack/server integration, and structured cabling for high-density needs. Exhibit strong technical and project leadership, adept at managing complex programs through to completion. Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, leading productive technical discussions. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. Be willing to travel up to customer sites, partner facilities, and NVIDIA data center locations as needed. Relevant certifications such as BICSI, CNCDP, or FOA Data Center certifications are advantageous.
