We work closely with clients to understand their challenges and innovative ideas, subsequently designing and building practical, data-driven solutions leveraging analytics, AI, and software engineering to achieve significant business outcomes.

As a Solutions Acceleration Architect, you will spearhead the design and development of sophisticated prototypes, showcasing the profound impact of data, analytics, AI, and software engineering on complex business problems. A key aspect of this role involves mentoring team members and shaping the strategic direction of our solution-building initiatives.

Own the complete technical relationship with partners, guiding them through successful pilots and proof-of-concepts. You will ensure customer buy-in on technical proposals, leading to successful agreements, and provide support during the migration phase to guarantee seamless deployments.

Cultivate trusted advisor relationships and offer strategic recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in enabling customers to optimize their use of Google Cloud for maximum effectiveness.

Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of data-centric and AI-powered solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). These solutions will vividly demonstrate the potential of data and AI in addressing specific business needs.

Establish and champion innovative best practices and methodologies for AI-driven solutions. Actively contribute to industry thought leadership through publications, presentations, and community engagement.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess 6 years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on machine learning architecture, software development, and model deployment within customer-facing or consulting environments.

Demonstrated experience in engaging with and presenting to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership is essential. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python is also a requirement.

This role also demands a proven track record in developing and deploying robust data solutions. Experience translating ambiguous customer requirements into actionable AI roadmaps and defining technical architectures for fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and custom model development is highly valued. An understanding of architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems is preferred.

Candidates should exhibit a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus around complex AI initiatives. This includes navigating discussions on AI ethics, model bias, and return on investment (ROI). Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape, including model evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and integrating third-party foundation models, is considered an advantage.
