This role is crucial in helping enterprise AI developers leverage Microsoft's AI-powered ecosystem across all development stages. You'll collaborate with engineering and platform leaders to advance AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Responsible AI through hands-on engagements, including Proofs of Concept, hackathons, and architecture workshops. Accelerate your career growth, develop business acumen, refine your technical expertise, and master solution design and deployment.

Drive technical sales by presenting compelling demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to influence solution design and enable successful production deployments. Lead immersive, hands-on engagements such as hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft's developer tools and cloud platforms.

Cultivate trusted relationships with developers and platform leads, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and comprehensive solutions. Proactively resolve technical blockers and address objections, collaborating closely with engineering teams to share insights and drive product improvements.

Maintain and deepen expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture, including Agentic AI frameworks, Semantic Kernel, the Foundry SDK, and Responsible AI principles. Develop proficiency in app architecture and cloud-native development, covering APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven patterns, and languages like Python, Java, or .NET. Stay current with AI Management & Security advancements, including Generative AI Operations, Microsoft Sentinel, orchestrators, and monitoring tools. Represent Microsoft by contributing thought leadership within developer communities and customer forums, embodying our culture and values.

A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience will be considered. Candidates with 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent practical experience, are also encouraged to apply.
