Lead and empower a team of architects and delivery specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth through modeling, coaching, and care. Deeply understand customer and partner technical environments, translating insights into impactful architecture and digital transformation solutions. Drive the design, development, and deployment of robust solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and guiding teams through complex requirement gathering and validation. Proactively manage risks, foster intellectual property development, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing product roadmaps and driving strategic initiatives. Champion thought leadership by sharing insights, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to both internal and external technical communities.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 12 years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience is acceptable. Significant experience (15+ years preferred) in technology solutions and architecture is highly advantageous, as is a background in technical sales (8+ years) and project management (8+ years), including managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams (2+ years).
Experience in people management (5+ years), specifically managing practice managers, technical sales managers, or technical architect managers, is essential. Professional certifications in relevant technology domains, such as Security, are considered a strong asset. The ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, spending 3 days per week in the office, is expected for this full-time Consulting Services role.
