This position leverages deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter Pharma to drive innovation in areas such as MES architecture, validation strategy, regulated manufacturing consulting, and pre-sales solutioning. You'll play a key role in enhancing digital manufacturing capabilities and ensuring robust compliance.

Define comprehensive Siemens Opcenter Pharma architecture, implementation standards, validation approaches, and governance models. Design and deploy Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Master Batch Records (MBR), and other critical functionalities including recipe execution, quality management, and material traceability.

Architect seamless integrations with diverse systems such as ERP, LIMS, QMS, PLCs, and SCADA. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, IT, and Business Stakeholders. Mentor delivery teams, establish governance for architecture and documentation, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, Shopfloor Systems, or Digital Manufacturing is essential, with strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma. Proven experience implementing MES solutions within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device manufacturing is mandatory, including expertise in Electronic Batch Records (EBR).

This role requires robust solution architecture, integration design, security, performance engineering, and technical governance skills. Experience leading customer workshops, design reviews, validation activities, and rollout programs is also mandatory. Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities are crucial for success. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline is required.
