Architect and design robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, leveraging expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio. Develop and implement custom solutions using AMPscript and SSJS, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CRM and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Lead the design of scalable marketing strategies, perform data segmentation with SOQL, and provide strong analytical and troubleshooting support. Demonstrate experience in leading technical teams and guiding projects to successful completion. Responsibilities also include contributing to enterprise-scale marketing campaigns and 360 customer implementations.

A strong foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential, including hands-on experience with its core components like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder. Proficiency in AMPscript and SSJS is required, alongside expertise in SOQL for data segmentation and Salesforce CRM integration.

Candidates must possess a good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts, coupled with experience in designing scalable Marketing Cloud solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are paramount. Prior experience in leading a team or serving as a technical lead is highly desirable. Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Specialist, Consultant, or Developer, are expected.
