Lead and empower your team through effective modeling, coaching, and care. You will be responsible for gathering and propagating customer insights to shape project execution, ensuring architecture and digital transformation solutions align with business goals. Drive internal advocacy, share insights with Product Engineering, and manage escalations. Oversee the design and deployment of scalable architecture solutions, govern fiscal responsibilities, and guide teams in documenting architectural decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements, manage ambiguity, and ensure successful project outcomes. You will lead teams in understanding business solutions, developing cost-effective approaches, and driving agreement based on customer priorities. Develop thought leadership by fostering community sharing, participating in external events, and mentoring colleagues. Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with senior decision-makers and challenging the status quo to ensure optimal results.

We require a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience. Additional experience in technical sales (6+ years), project management (6+ years), leading multiple projects/portfolios (2+ years), leading multidisciplinary teams (1+ year), and people management (3+ years) is highly valued. Technical or Professional Certification in a relevant domain, such as Security, is also a plus.
