Capgemini seeks a Director/Sr. Director level executive with a builder's mindset to drive tangible business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, a clear vision, and the ability to execute effectively. You will have significant autonomy to drive change, navigate organizational complexity, and grow a business from its strong foundations to a potential billion-scale enterprise.

Translate client objectives and RFP requirements into winning solution concepts. Develop comprehensive solutions encompassing governance, delivery models, staffing, commercials, and transformation approaches. Maintain a high win rate on pursuits and contribute to strategic initiatives for process industrialization and proposal competitiveness. Act as a key member of a high-performance team, providing domain knowledge and nurturing competency.

Coordinate efforts across multiple service lines to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions. Stay updated on trends in custom and cloud application development and support. Maintain high utilization on pursuits and actively participate in knowledge sharing through formal and informal sessions.

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and ideally, you hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or an MBA from premier institutes. A minimum of 16 years of experience is required, with a strong project track record. Significant experience in large ADM and/or multi-tower complex deals solutioning, with end-to-end ownership of deals exceeding US$ 50 million TCV, is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in outsourcing presales, including building win themes, core estimation, transformation solutions, proposal defense, and BAFO/contract negotiation support is crucial. Experience leading multi-country engagements with over 200 staff is highly valued. Prior experience with MNCs or tier-one IPPs is preferred. ITILv3/v4, PMP, PRINCEII, or SAFe certifications are advantageous. Technical expertise in SAP, Cloud technologies, or Engineering, with SAP being a preferred technology, is a plus.
