Architect and design robust platform solutions for complex enterprises, managing technical dependencies across diverse products and services. Provide expert guidance on intricate production designs, applications, and system challenges. Develop reusable intellectual property and artifacts as part of solution designs. Innovate and enhance O365/Azure services, taking ownership of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for novel solution implementations. Lead Agile sprints in a Product Owner capacity and mentor technical staff on emerging design patterns. Uphold architectural standards, global product-specific guidelines, and design best practices. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the development lifecycle. Drive solution planning, migration, architecture, development, and delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Support SharePoint deployments, migrations, Intranets, enterprise applications, and collaboration systems. Propose custom solutions and partner with business application owners, project managers, designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams to create exceptional user experiences.

Demonstrate a proven history of credible engagement with senior stakeholders. Adapt communication styles effectively, build rapport, and remain composed under pressure, utilizing advanced oral and written English skills. Possess strong cross-cultural communication abilities, adept at crafting effective communications across diverse global teams. Exhibit excellent technical and architectural skills in cloud-based platform/product design, service management, and product lifecycle management. Rapidly acquire knowledge of new technologies and envision their suitability. Serve as the lead solution architect for customer service solutions, with extensive experience in Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365. Proficiency in ServiceNow, Azure IaaS and PaaS services, and Business Intelligence analytic tools is essential. Experience designing, validating, and implementing PowerApps and Power BI solutions is required. Deep platform expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow, and marketplace applications is expected. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, RPA, and virtual agents is beneficial. Familiarity with Python, AI stacks, CNNs, RNNs, AI Fluency, NLP, Digital Twins, Metaverse, and data preprocessing is advantageous. Understanding of UI/UX, branding, document management, custom solution development, search, metadata configuration, business analysis, business process automation, and workflows is crucial. Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and SharePoint technologies, including migration tools and classic/modern UI, is necessary. Knowledge of Intranets, public websites, applications, and proposal management systems, coupled with process automation using forms and workflows, is required. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies, CMMI, SDLCM, MOF, and MSF is expected. Build technical artifacts for engineering and product owners, bringing proven industry-leading technical expertise. Possess a good understanding of product management financial aspects. Requires 5-10 years of experience in an Architecture role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Management is required, along with certifications in TOGAF, O365, Azure PaaS/IaaS, or Analytics.
