This senior role demands industry-leading architecture and design expertise, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end architecture standards and platform solution development. You will provide critical technical guidance on application development, Microsoft Platform solutions, and lead customer service applications, leveraging your self-starter mentality and experience in Agile frameworks.

Architect and design robust enterprise platform solutions, effectively managing technical dependencies across various products and services. Provide expert guidance on complex production designs and system challenges, creating reusable intellectual property and artifacts. Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance O365/Azure services, taking ownership of root cause analysis and problem management for novel implementations.

Lead Agile sprints in a product owner capacity, mentoring technical staff on new design sprints. Uphold architectural standards, global product guidelines, and usability standards. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the development lifecycle. Be accountable for solution planning, migration, architecture, development, and delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions in agile environments.

Demonstrated ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders and adapt communication styles to foster rapport and remain calm under pressure. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-cultural competency, with the ability to draft effective communications. Thrive in diverse cultural settings, countries, and time zones, leveraging excellent technical and architectural skills in cloud-based platform design, service management, and product lifecycle management.

Showcase a capacity for rapidly learning new technologies and envisioning their suitability. Serve as the lead solution architect for customer service solutions, with proven experience in Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and Business Intelligence tools. Experience designing, validating, and implementing PowerApps and Power BI solutions is essential. Possess platform expertise in Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and knowledge of AI, BOT Framework, RPA, virtual agents, Python, AI stacks, and related advanced technologies.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles, branding, document management, custom solution development, search and metadata configuration, business analysis, business process automation, and workflows is crucial. Proficient in SharePoint Technologies, PowerShell scripting, migration tools, Power BI, Security & Compliance, and Data Governance. Understanding of Intranets, public websites, application development, and proposal management systems, along with knowledge of Agile Development, CMMI, SDLCM, MOF, and MSF methodologies, is required. A history of working credibly with senior stakeholders is a must, coupled with 5-10 years of experience in an Architecture role. A Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or Business Management is required, alongside certifications such as TOGAF, O365, Azure PaaS/IaaS, or Analytics.
