We're seeking a visionary Solution Architect to join our EY Enterprise Technology team, specifically within the Digital Experience area. This role is instrumental in implementing EY-specific products on the EYDxP platform, powered by Adobe CX Stack.

You'll be at the forefront of new designs, extensions, and enhancements for the Adobe platform, focusing on solutions that align with business needs while maximizing out-of-the-box functionality.

As a Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership and oversee project delivery under the guidance of the Lead Architect. You'll ensure IT strategy aligns with organizational mission and objectives, leveraging technology as a strategic enabler for global business benefits and local service innovation. Key responsibilities include:

- Communicating clear architecture plans, balancing cost, risk, and quality. - Collaborating with the Architecture team to set direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts. - Architecting solutions that harness data, analytics, and AI, ensuring responsible governance and scalability. - Enforcing architecture governance, methodologies, and compliance activities. - Providing feedback to EA leadership for continuous improvement of EA services. - Developing recommendations for enterprise architecture tools and strategies. - Cultivating relationships with business, IT, and vendors to integrate emerging industry standards. - Educating stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of Solution Architecture. - Translating complex business requirements into actionable target architectures and plans. - Balancing business, cost, and technology priorities to determine optimal solutions. - Facilitating business leaders and program managers in applying IT/Architecture concepts to solve business problems.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect within the Adobe Product family. Enterprise-scale Adobe implementation experience is crucial, along with a strong understanding of digital experience platforms and digital marketing trends. You should demonstrate deep technical proficiency while maintaining a view of the bigger picture.

Essential skills include strong analytical and leadership capabilities, expertise in Enterprise and Solution Architecture Frameworks and Governance, and the ability to translate business needs into architectural requirements. Exceptional judgment, tact, and strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount. The capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and build effective relationships across global teams is also key. Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and work outside typical hours is required.
