As a Solution Architect, you will blend technical leadership with strategic consulting, guiding clients towards optimized manufacturing processes. Your work will directly impact operational excellence and integrate cutting-edge digital technologies.

Lead the architecture and implementation of iBase-t Solumina solutions for aerospace programs. Gather business requirements and design scalable MES/MOM solutions tailored for aerospace manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include configuring capabilities such as Production Execution, Electronic Work Instructions, Quality Management, Genealogy & Traceability, and Non-Conformance Management. You will also integrate these MES solutions with SAP ERP, PLM, Quality platforms, Supply Chain applications, and shop-floor automation systems. Ensure adherence to aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, you will lead design workshops, deployment, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support. Foster collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and IT stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. Provide technical guidance, governance, and mentorship to project teams, championing digital manufacturing transformation aligned with Industry 4.0 strategies.

We are looking for an experienced professional with over 10 years in MES/MOM, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing solutions, including hands-on iBase-t Solumina experience. A strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, such as Assembly Operations, MRO, Quality Management, and Shop Floor Execution, is essential.

Your expertise should extend to integrating MES platforms with SAP ERP, PLM systems, and automation/OT solutions. Familiarity with ISA-95, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and Industry 4.0 frameworks is required. A solid grasp of Product Genealogy, End-to-End Traceability, Electronic Work Instructions, and Quality & Regulatory Compliance is also expected.

Proven experience in solution architecture, client engagement, and leading manufacturing transformation programs, coupled with excellent communication and consulting skills, will make you an ideal candidate. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Information Technology is preferred, along with experience in Aerospace & Defense OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
