Join NVIDIA's DGX Cloud organization as a Software Platform Support Engineer, specializing in GPU Cloud technologies. You'll collaborate with internal customers, gaining deep insights into their needs and applications. Your role involves assisting with troubleshooting, developing documentation, and enhancing user experience on our internal platforms.

This position requires a strong understanding of cloud-based deployments across compute, storage, and networking environments. You'll be instrumental in shaping our platform through your dedicated support and feedback.

Provide Tier 1 support for complex cloud platforms by coordinating with various internal teams. Define and refine operational workflows, including runbooks, escalation paths, and support processes. Investigate and triage customer issues to determine root causes, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with the Site Reliability team to file bugs and report issues. Develop tools to improve customer support efficiency and visibility. Gain a profound understanding of user workloads and use cases. Offer feedback to engineering teams and help develop solutions to drive customer success. Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Have 5+ years of experience supporting distributed software systems, end-user software platforms, and Linux environments. Demonstrate expertise with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP. Exhibit a background in Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling. Understand data storage technologies (databases, file, block, blob). Previous customer service or support experience is essential. Be willing to work across various levels of the technology stack and collaborate with multiple teams. Possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
