A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years in software development and 3 years in technical leadership overseeing projects. Additionally, 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership is essential.

Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows is a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field, 3 years of experience in complex organizations, and expertise in machine learning infrastructure.
