A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role (3 years) and people management or team leadership (2 years) is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD degree in a technical field, experience with large-scale backend systems, and a background in compliance domains. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also highly valued.
