Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices for style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in software development using languages such as Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.

Demonstrated experience in technical leadership for at least 3 years, coupled with 2 years in people or team management, is essential. Experience in a complex, matrixed organization and a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field are preferred.
