As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in setting and communicating team priorities that align with organizational objectives. You will establish clear expectations for individual performance and development, providing regular feedback and coaching. Furthermore, you will shape the mid-term technical vision and roadmap for your teams, adapting to evolving requirements and infrastructure needs.

Your role will involve guiding and reviewing systems designs within your scope and writing code to tackle complex, ambiguous problems. A key part of your responsibility includes reviewing code developed by other engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices for style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in software development using languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. A strong foundation of 3 years in technical leadership, overseeing strategic projects, is essential. Additionally, 2 years of experience in people management, supervision, or team leadership roles is required.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 8 years of software development experience.
