Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting clear priorities and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals. Develop and evolve mid-term technical roadmaps, anticipating future needs and infrastructure requirements.

Guide and vet system designs, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for complex, ambiguous problems. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through rigorous code reviews.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy and processes across teams, fostering a cohesive and high-performing environment.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 8 years in software development. You should have 2 years of experience in full-stack development, covering both back-end (Java, Python, Go, C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) technologies.

Proven leadership skills are essential, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role and 2 years in people management or team leadership. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, as is experience in complex, matrixed organizations and with Machine Learning models.
