NVIDIA
NVIDIA
Lead the future of software development at NVIDIA by managing a graphics systems team focused on agentic transformation. This role is pivotal in pioneering a new framework for building software using advanced agentic systems, testing its capabilities against demanding production environments. The goal is to establish agentic development as a reliable and scalable production capability, enhancing graphics system quality standards.
You will guide the team through this significant transition, ensuring continued delivery of essential product roadmaps and transforming successful practices into reusable engineering products for wider adoption across NVIDIA. The focus is on growing the team, the technology, and the operating model to achieve ambitious goals and surpass traditional capacity.
Develop and implement an end-to-end production model for agentic software development, applying it to graphics systems where agents handle tasks from requirement definition and diagnosis to implementation, validation, review, and release.
Define the technical strategy and transformation roadmap, converting rapid agentic capabilities into dependable production execution and progressively increasing the scope of agent-driven work.
Maintain the team's delivery of critical graphics and display roadmap items, including new features, platform enablement, performance, stability, and release commitments, while fundamentally evolving work methodologies.
Foster a highly engaged and ambitious team that achieves outstanding results, nurturing both engineers and technical leaders alongside the evolution of technology and operating models.
Transform the established agentic engineering system into a reusable product for other teams, packaging its orchestration, skills, tools, evaluations, validators, and operating methods, and promoting adoption through measurable production outcomes.
Proven experience in developing and delivering production software through autonomous engineering systems, encompassing planning, tool application, retrieval, memory management, evaluation, and validation, with agents performing a substantial portion of engineering tasks.
Demonstrated ability to translate fast-paced, ambiguous technical opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and a measurable production system, while concurrently keeping an existing product roadmap on track.
Possess at least 10 years of overall software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in engineering management or technical leadership, coupled with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong technical foundation in complex production software environments, including systems architecture, debugging, validation processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release engineering.
Exhibit high-agency, results-focused leadership, cultivating an environment where individuals thrive, excel in their work, and leverage technology to achieve results significantly beyond the team's historical capacity.
