Lead the full software development lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment and maintenance, utilizing Trizetto Facets, SQL, Python, or Java.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, championing best practices in code quality and system design.

Drive architecture discussions, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient application design.

Develop clean, maintainable code and establish robust coding standards.

Optimize complex SQL queries and database objects for critical business applications.

Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Lead cloud adoption and manage application operations in cloud environments.

Champion DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Explore and leverage AI/ML and Generative AI to enhance productivity and business processes.

Mentor junior engineers through coaching and design reviews.

Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.

Lead production support, root cause analysis, and system stability improvements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering excellence and automation.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or MCA is required, along with over 8 years of enterprise application development experience.

Demonstrated expertise in Trizetto Facets, SQL, Python, or Java is essential.

Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise software solutions, including RESTful APIs and microservices.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps is necessary.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, application security, and modern SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Deep SQL proficiency, covering performance optimization and database design, is a must.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts and Generative AI is expected.

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required, alongside strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence is crucial.

Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-to-end solution delivery is a key requirement.
