Spearhead end-to-end application delivery, from initial design and development through to testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable Python applications, incorporating bug fixes and new features. Design and build advanced AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering techniques. Drive AI adoption by identifying opportunities to streamline business processes, boost developer productivity, and enhance operational efficiency with GenAI capabilities.
Analyze and resolve defects in collaboration with Product, Business, and Engineering teams. Implement automation across development, testing, monitoring, deployment, and operational workflows. Lead initiatives for performance optimization, reliability improvements, and scalability. Provide technical leadership through expert solution design, thorough code reviews, and active mentorship, upholding engineering best practices.
Partner with stakeholders on technical assessments, project updates, risk mitigation, and issue resolution. Evaluate emerging technologies and AI advancements for continuous improvement. Oversee QA, UAT, release management, and change management processes. Take ownership of critical production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring SLA adherence. Participate in on-call rotations to guarantee application stability and operational excellence. Adhere to all company policies and directives, including those concerning work location, team assignments, schedules, and flexible work arrangements.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Possess at least 6 years of experience as a Backend/Python Developer. Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Azure cloud services, ideally including Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Experience in Agile environments, such as Scrum and Kanban, is essential.
Core technical expertise includes: Backend Development with Python and FastAPI. AI/LLM Technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, and integration with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Codex. Database management with MongoDB. Testing frameworks including pytest and pytest-asyncio.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are a must, enabling effective work across diverse teams and with stakeholders. Flexibility and adaptability are key, with a willingness to support critical project needs outside of standard business hours when necessary.
