This role involves leading the architectural design, development, and ongoing maintenance of secure, high-performance web applications. You will be instrumental in driving code quality and engineering best practices across the full-stack development lifecycle.

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of secure, high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js. Drive code quality and technical design reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices. Integrate Generative AI capabilities, such as LLM APIs or RAG workflows, into core applications to address business challenges. Design and optimize scalable RESTful microservices, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Collaborate with DevOps for containerized application deployment on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and support CI/CD automation. Mentor software engineers, translate complex requirements into technical tasks, and work closely with Product Managers.

Possess strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or COSMOS, including caching strategies. Demonstrate modern DevOps workflow proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Exhibit solid expertise in Java (7+) and the Spring Ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data. Showcase advanced knowledge of modern React.js, TypeScript, state management (Redux/Context API), and responsive web design. Have practical exposure to the Generative AI landscape, including consuming APIs from providers like OpenAI/Anthropic or using AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Spring AI.
