Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to deliver features. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices through code reviews and troubleshoot production issues.

Drive product and pillar-level initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and foster team growth. Champion improvements in reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD adoption and DevOps automation.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, coupled with over 7 years of experience in multi-layered technology and engineering practices. Must possess over 6 years of working experience in an Agile team environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Advanced Java, MySQL, and MS SQL Server is essential. A good understanding of JS Frameworks like Angular or React is needed, along with knowledge of at least one Gen-AI Framework and an understanding of MCP and A2A Protocols.

Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and possess 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Azure, AWS). Experience in Python, Spring Boot, and AI tools like Claude Code/Codex is also required, alongside an understanding of AIDLC and Pod Model.

Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of open-source adoption and use cases is expected. A minimum of 5 years of database experience (SQL or PL/SQL), including creating databases and writing stored procedures, is necessary. Familiarity with modern infrastructure, including serverless and cloud-managed options, is preferred.

Additional technical skills include experience with IaC using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, software configuration management, and build tools like Maven/Gradle. Experience with product engineering and a knowledge of the US Healthcare domain are highly valued. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team, are essential.
