Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications, APIs, and microservices. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Lead the delivery of significant software features across multiple systems. Ensure quality through design and code reviews, adhering to engineering best practices.
Drive the adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and security. Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical strategies and delivery plans.
Analyze and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Build reusable frameworks and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to architecture modernization and technical roadmaps. Leverage cloud-native practices and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and software quality.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a B.E., B.Tech., or MCA. A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience focused on enterprise-grade applications is essential.
Proven experience in developing scalable web applications, APIs, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise platforms is crucial. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript is necessary.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, OOP, distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms is expected. Strong debugging, system analysis, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills are vital. The ability to manage technical work independently while collaborating effectively across teams is key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to influence stakeholders.
