Lead the complete lifecycle of full-stack software applications, from design to deployment, integrating React for frontend components and Java or Python for backend APIs. Develop and implement AI-powered solutions and automation to tackle complex business challenges, prioritizing responsible technology adoption. Optimize development workflows and code quality through the strategic use of enterprise-approved automation tools. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance architectural designs and platform capabilities. Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native application infrastructure. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent software engineering experience, is required. Possess at least 6 years of professional experience as a backend software developer proficient in Java or Python. Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript. Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience building frontend application features using React. Acquire a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and styling web interfaces with CSS.
