Your primary contributions will involve designing and developing robust full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services. You will also build and integrate advanced data solutions leveraging Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures. This includes hands-on coding, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and providing production support.

Key responsibilities extend to collaborating with product and architecture teams to translate complex requirements into resilient technical solutions. You will champion application security, manage vulnerabilities and dependencies, and mitigate platform risks. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and operational excellence practices across the platform, ensuring adherence to all company policies and directives regarding work arrangements.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead with a minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering and application development. Essential hands-on experience includes working with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architectures. You must have a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and semantic data models.

Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React JS is required, along with a strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and modern engineering patterns. A firm grasp of secure software development principles, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements is also crucial for success in this role.
