As a Software Engineering Lead, you will translate product and functional requirements into robust software solutions. You will be responsible for writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality Java code, and actively participate in defect resolution. Troubleshooting complex issues and staying abreast of the latest technological advancements will be key. Adherence to company policies and directives is essential for seamless operations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 6 to 10 years of software development experience, primarily in Java. Proficiency in frameworks like Spring and ORM tools such as Hibernate is required. Experience with AI technologies, including LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI, and Prompt Engineering, is essential. Strong knowledge of OOP principles, SQL (preferably Oracle), and proven problem-solving and debugging skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability in high and low-level design, along with collaborative skills for fast-paced, global environments, is expected.
