As a Software Engineering Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure project delivery.

You will leverage cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with Github, to build scalable applications. Implement and manage Jenkins for automated CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker, and ensure software quality through Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).

Continuously stay updated on industry trends and engage in ongoing learning to drive innovation. Additionally, you'll design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms to enhance products and decision-making.

A Graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 3 years in software development with a DevOps focus. Experience in SpringBoot, Java, and Rest API development is essential.

Candidates should possess experience with AI and ML for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and participation in related initiatives. A seasoned Software Engineer with over 5 years of full-stack development experience is preferred.
