As a Software Engineering Lead, you will design and develop robust software solutions using service-oriented architecture and SpringBoot. Your role involves deploying Java code to Azure AKS, mentoring junior developers, and actively participating in code reviews and troubleshooting. You'll also contribute to performance testing, estimate development efforts, recommend technical solutions, and engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies. Responsibilities include creating user stories and tasks in Rally, resolving networking issues in distributed systems, and writing SQL and Cosmos scripts.

We are seeking candidates with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, possessing at least 4 years of hands-on Java J2EE and SpringBoot programming experience. A minimum of 3 years working with Kubernetes services is essential. Additionally, 1+ years of experience is required in Monitoring tools (e.g., DynaTrace, DataDog), Log Analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure App Insights), GraphQL, NoSQL and SQL databases, and JavaScript. A graduate degree and experience with Spring, Hibernate, developing public-facing websites, mock data frameworks, and Content Management Systems are considered advantageous.
