This role is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications throughout the AI Software Development Life Cycle. You will build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications and APIs, aligning with enterprise standards. Emphasis is placed on cloud-native solutions, microservices, and integrating AI/GenAI technologies for complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications and APIs, focusing on microservices and cloud-native architectures. You will develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python, and front-end applications with React, Angular, or Next.js. Integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise systems is essential, as is building AI-powered solutions, including Agentic AI and RAG pipelines. Maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, managing infrastructure with Terraform, and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) are vital.

You will also manage artifact lifecycles with JFrog/Artifactory, ensure adherence to secure coding practices, and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Troubleshooting complex production issues, providing technical leadership, and contributing to architecture discussions are expected. Continuous improvement, automation, and reducing technical debt will be ongoing priorities.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate degree or equivalent experience and at least 6 years in API design, service integration, and backend engineering. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning, and Azure Cloud is required. Experience building AI-enabled systems, including Agentic AI architectures and RAG pipelines, is crucial.

Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and JFrog/Artifactory is essential. Deep backend engineering expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python is necessary, along with a working knowledge of the AI PDLC. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively across teams is key. Strong engineering discipline, including clean, testable code, debugging, performance tuning, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills, are paramount.
