This role is within Identity & Access Management (IAM) software engineering, focusing on the systematic design, development, testing, and maintenance of identity-related software. You will ensure high-quality code delivery across applications, products, and services, aligning with customer needs and developing product roadmaps for consumer IAM. Activities span analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, documentation, R&D, maintenance, operations, and delivery. A key focus is building quality into every output, evaluating new tools and techniques, automating common tasks, and driving organizational efficiency through innovative technological solutions.

Coordinate and oversee daily activities for business support, technical, or production teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Design, implement, and maintain IAM technologies to comply with privacy and audit regulations. Identify and resolve technical IAM issues, ensuring systems meet industry regulations and security requirements.

Possess a deep understanding of IAM tools and technologies within your domain, and recognize the broader impact of your work. Contribute advanced knowledge to IAM engineering best practices and participate in the architecture of scalable, secure, and usable IAM solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IAM systems and processes.

Stay current with the latest IAM technologies, trends, and threats, implementing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate IAM tools and services. Demonstrate advanced skills in requirements gathering, aligning technical objectives with business goals. Troubleshoot complex process issues, identify root causes, recommend efficiencies, and provide formal reporting. Offer insights to senior staff on resolving new or challenging issues.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within your IAM domain, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your work's impact will primarily be at the team level. Adherence to employment contracts, company policies, and directives is required.

We are seeking candidates with a B.E. in Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree from a reputable engineering institution. A minimum of 7 years of experience in software lifecycle management, with a specific focus on Identity & Access Management, is required.

Technical expertise should include knowledge of REST and Spring Boot over any Cloud platform. Hands-on experience with React/Node.js and other UI frameworks is essential. Proficiency with Kubernetes and automated codeable deployments is necessary. Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle, proven experience with Cassandra or other No-SQL databases, and exposure to AWS services, Lambda, and containerization are expected.

Solid fundamentals in Core Java are crucial. Candidates must be technically hands-on with excellent design, coding, and testing capabilities. The product/project tech stack includes Front End: Java, React/Node.js; Back End: Java, Spring, Sprint Boot, REST, AWS; Middleware: Kafka & ecosystem, Cassandra/NoSQL; Testing: JUnit, Gatling, Cypress, Selenium; DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Sonar, Fortify; and Others: JMeter, Groovy. Development should follow Agile methodologies such as SCRUM/KANBAN.
