As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in designing and developing robust enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and TypeScript. Your role involves building and enhancing microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions, along with creating responsive front-end applications.
You will also lead the design and integration of AI/ML-enabled features, including intelligent automation and Generative AI. Collaboration with product managers, architects, and data scientists is key to translating business needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities extend to developing and consuming APIs, implementing secure coding practices, and optimizing application performance on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Furthermore, you will participate in architecture reviews, support CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with AI/ML engineers to operationalize machine learning models. Mentoring junior engineers and driving the adoption of emerging technologies are integral parts of this role.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with over 7 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
Essential technical skills include hands-on experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
