Drive the development and support of robust Java/Spring Boot applications and APIs on Azure, integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities like LLM and RAG.

Build and maintain secure, well-documented APIs using modern integration and event-driven patterns.

Design and manage data integrations and services using MySQL, Redis, and Snowflake to support diverse workloads, including AI-driven initiatives.

Deploy and monitor cloud-native applications on Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational excellence through CI/CD pipelines.

Implement security, privacy, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle, adhering to secure coding standards and AI governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and evaluate emerging technologies. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Java/Spring Boot applications and high-transactional RESTful APIs.

Have 5+ years of experience working with a variety of database types, including relational, non-relational, JSON, and columnar.

Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery methodologies (e.g., Rally, Jira).

Showcase 1+ year of experience with Azure AI services, AKS, App Service, and MLOps.

Experience in an Agile Delivery/onshore-offshore model is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and their value to customers.
