Design, develop, and deploy advanced voice and chat bots utilizing AWS services like Amazon Lex, Lambda, and Connect. Implement Test-Driven Automation through CI/CD pipelines and automate testing with tools such as Cyara.

Build and manage intricate conversation flows for voice interactions, integrating bots with APIs, backend systems, and databases for dynamic responses. Optimize bot performance, accuracy, and user experience through analytics and CloudWatch monitoring.

Apply NLU/NLP logic to support multi-turn conversational flows. Collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Support testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous improvement of voice bot functionalities, adhering to all company policies and directives.

A full-time graduation degree is required, along with over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically with hands-on AWS development. Demonstrable experience in Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and various integrations is essential.

Proven expertise in building IVR, voice bots, or conversational AI solutions. Solid understanding of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and cloud best practices is necessary. A good grasp of NLP/NLU, intent modeling, and conversational design principles is expected.

Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, or Java for backend development is a must. Familiarity with Amazon Connect or telephony integrations is beneficial. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are critical for success in this role.
