As a Software Engineering Lead, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of technical leadership and development activities.

You will review business and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of application architecture and business processes.

Key duties include evaluating and driving new project development, adhering to enterprise methodologies, and performing design reviews to ensure scalability and compliance.

You will develop technical specifications, application code, and unit test plans, ensuring code quality, traceability, and optimization.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with QA, Infrastructure Services, and release management teams to ensure seamless testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support.

A significant aspect of this role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Lead with a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Essential qualifications include extensive experience as a Java Full Stack lead developer, proficiency with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, and expertise in Angular.

A solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting is required, along with experience implementing at least one AI project or Proof of Concept (POC).

You must be proficient with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server, and possess practical experience with Cloud Technologies, preferably Azure.

Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills are critical for this leadership role.

While not mandatory, proficiency in Python is considered a valuable asset.
