Our team is dedicated to creating fundamental services for labor planning recommendations, collaborating closely with Science and Data Engineering experts. You will have the chance to write exceptional code, foster cross-team collaboration, and contribute to services that significantly impact Amazon's operational efficiency at a global scale.

- Develop and maintain high-quality, thoroughly tested code adhering to Amazon's stringent engineering standards. - Partner with Science and Data Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate and support advanced model implementations. - Engage fully in the software development lifecycle, encompassing coding, comprehensive testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. - Champion team operational excellence by actively participating in on-call rotations and swiftly resolving issues. - Design, construct, and sustain production services fundamental to labor planning recommendations across Amazon's extensive fulfillment and delivery network, leveraging AI-native software development techniques.

- Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. - Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language. - Hold at least 1 year of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, alongside familiarity with machine learning model architecture and inference.
