Drive the design and implementation of large, complex software components, influencing data architecture and patterns. Mentor fellow engineers through thorough code reviews and hands-on design sessions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant solutions.

Champion best practices in automation for testing, build, and deployment processes to enhance team efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define priorities and synthesize them into actionable quarterly roadmaps for the platform.

Contribute to reducing technical debt by identifying and refactoring opportunities aligned with sprint goals. Design APIs, data structures, algorithms, and application sequences thoughtfully, leveraging and adapting existing solutions where appropriate.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, coupled with a minimum of 3 years in software development.

Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions using C#, .NET Core Web API, and Angular/React is essential. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and automation, along with solid experience in SQL/NoSQL databases, is crucial.

Familiarity with DevOps best practices in a cloud-native environment, particularly Azure Public Cloud, is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of data structures are key attributes for success in this role.
