A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.

Demonstrate 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.

Bring 3 years of experience in people management and 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.

Proficiency in Java, C++, or both is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization. A genuine passion for technology, collaboration, and tackling challenging problems is highly valued.
