A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. A minimum of 8 years in software development is necessary, complemented by 3 years of experience in developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems. Proven experience in people management (3 years) and technical leadership (2 years) is essential. Proficiency in Java, C++, or both is a prerequisite. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
