Demonstrate 3 years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, guiding project direction and technical solutions.

Showcase 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment.

Preferred qualifications include 7 years of experience in building scaled infrastructure or distributed systems, or experience with compute and storage technologies like Spanner and BigQuery. Additionally, 5 years of experience in software design, architecture, testing, and launching products is beneficial. Experience building products using GenAI or LLMs is a significant advantage.
