Develop mid-term technical roadmaps, anticipating future infrastructure needs and evolving them to meet emerging requirements. Guide and validate system designs, and contribute code to resolve complex, ambiguous problems.

Review code from other engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices such as style guidelines, accurate testing, and efficiency. Foster a culture of high-quality code and continuous improvement.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of software development experience. A minimum of 3 years is needed in developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, or compute/storage/hardware architecture.

Additionally, 3 years of technical leadership experience and 2 years in people or team management are essential. A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with 3 years in a complex, matrixed organization, is preferred.
